If you wish, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

The product must be unused, undamaged and free of any odors. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.

All returned/exchanged items must have our paper tag attached.

Exceptions:

Swimwear bottoms and swimsuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Made to order or personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping & Costs:

Locamente is not responsible for return shipping costs or transport. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Always send your package via tracked mail. Delays or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order had free shipping and your return brings your order total below €140 (Portugal) or €180 (Europe) the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (€5.50 Portugal / €9.90 Europe).

Refund Processing:

Please allow 14 working days from when we receive your package for your refund to be processed.

Only the product cost will be refunded • initial shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged Orders:

You have 3 days from delivery to report a damaged order to our customer service.

Please attach a photo of the damage to your email.

Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

Returns Outside the EU:

Returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted due to customs duties and import taxes, which are non-refundable.

Customs & Import Fees (UK & International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union customs duties, import taxes and any additional fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal by the recipient, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.

We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

GIFT CARD POLICY - 

Gift Cards are digital products and are valid exclusively for purchases on our online store.

The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Gift Card within 14 days, provided the Gift Card has not been used or redeemed in any way. After this 14-day period, Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Products purchased using a Gift Card are treated as regular online purchases. Consumers have the legal right to return products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer law. Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of a new Gift Card or store credit, not in cash.

Exceptions: customized, personalized, sealed items once opened, or perishable products may not be eligible for returns.

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms and conditions.
