However, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you 

To exchange or ask for the refund you have to send us an email at info.locamenteclothing@gmail.com 

The product cannot have any signs of use, damage or odor.
In this case we do not exchange. 

swimwear bottom & body/swimsuit cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

all the returned/exchanged articles has to have our paper tag on it.

Sales and discounted items are considered a FINAL SALE and aren't eligible for exchange or refund. 

Items made by order are not refundable or exchangeable 

Locamente is not responsible for the transport or costs of sending the products exchanged/refunded & the initial shipping is not refunded.

Please send all the packages in tracking post, Locamente is not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are at the customer's responsibility.

If your order had free shipping and if your return brings your order below 140€ (Portugal) or 180€ Europe, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (5,50€ Portugal/ 9,90€ Europe) 

Locamente covers part of the shipping costs in all orders because price of shipping is increasing every year but we don’t want to apply this increase to our clients.
Official rates are 14.22€ for orders up to 1kg and 21.15€ for orders over 1kg,
but we charge only 9.90€ for all orders.

For example, if you order three pieces, the actual shipping cost for us will be 21.15€, but you will only pay 9.90€. However, if you return part of your order and the weight drops below 1kg (14.22€), we cannot cover this difference, and the shipping cost adjustment will be charged.

Please allow 14 working days from when we receive your package for your refund to be processed.

Locamente will not refund the money of initial shipping coast, only the product. 

Once your order is delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service.

We thank you for attaching a photo to your email.

After this period, any claim will be refused, you have 14 days since the piece arrives to you to send it back please take this on consideration, because after this delay it will be refused

After sending the article Locamente is not responsible for the loss of the order,

(The customer recognize that before purchase some item from our shop , after sending the article Locamente is not responsible for the loss of the order, we provide all the tracking number and we only guarantee the tracking possibility via CTT while in Portugal. We are not aware of the functioning of other companies in other countries.
