If you wish, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please send an email to info.locamenteclothing@gmail.com including your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from odors, stains, makeup marks or any other signs of use.

All original tags must remain attached.

Returned items must be received in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

EXCEPTIONS

For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, trikinis, thong-style swimwear and swimsuits are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Sale, discounted, promotional and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Made-to-order, custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Orders made outside of european union are non refundable or exchangeable due to import taxes and duties.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Returns and refunds are not accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union. Due to customs duties, import taxes, shipping costs and international import regulations.

SHIPPING & COSTS

Locamente is not responsible for return shipping costs or transport.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned parcels are sent using a tracked shipping service.

Locamente is not responsible for lost returns, shipping delays, customs charges or any additional costs related to the return process.

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders that benefited from free shipping are not exempt from shipping costs in the event of a return.

If an order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount:

• Portugal: €5.50
• Europe: €9.90

If only part of an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold (€140 Portugal / €180 Europe), the original shipping cost (€5.50 Portugal / €9.90 Europe) will also be deducted from the refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item for the refund to be processed.

Only the value of the approved returned product will be refunded.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please email info.locamenteclothing@gmail.com with photographs clearly showing the damage.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES (UK & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery no refund will be issued.

We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift Cards are digital products and are valid exclusively for purchases made on the Locamente online store.

Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to the same return conditions as any other product sold on our store.

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
