Shipping & Delivery 

Processing Time:

Items not in stock, made-to-order, or pre-orders usually take 7-10 days to be shipped. (Check the product description to confirm.)

Delivery Times • Standard Shipping with tracking

Portugal: 24h 

Azores and Madeira: 2 business days

Spanish Islands: 5 business days

Europe: 5 business days 

Rest of the World: 5 • 10 business days

Please note: Locamente is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with a tracking code so you can monitor your shipment.

International Orders:

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties or customs taxes upon arrival in your country. Locamente is not responsible for these charges.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address and email are correct. Locamente cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to a wrong address.

UNCOLLECTED Orders:

If a parcel is returned to us due to being uncollected or wrong address, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

This applies even for free shipping promotions. In such cases, the real shipping cost paid by our company will be deducted from your refund.

If an order is undeliverable or considered lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, LOCAMENTE cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

Reshipping:

If you want your parcel reshipped, a new shipping fee will be applied.

UPS Shipments Uncollected Packages:

For orders shipped via UPS that are not collected by the customer and are returned to the sender, the customer will be charged a fee corresponding to the UPS return cost. This fee covers the expenses incurred due to the uncollected package and must be paid before any reshipment.

Official UPS fee for unclaimed packages - 16€

Refunds for Returned Parcels:

Refunds will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected.

Shipping fees, including the real cost of shipments originally sent under free-shipping promotions are non-refundable.
